Nejra holds a Master's degree in economic analysis from the University of Oslo, with study visits to the Universitat Pompeu Fabra in Barcelona. She has worked at Prognosesenteret since 2014, first as a macroeconomist/analyst and since 2018 as chief economist. Nejra is responsible for macroeconomic assessments, construction forecasts, construction cost analysis and the housing market. She is the Norwegian representative of the EUROCONSTRUCT network and a frequent speaker and communicator of Prognosesenteret's analyses to the media.

Michael Weingärtler joined the Austrian Institute of Economic Research (WIFO) in 1998, where he focuses on the analysis and forecasting of construction markets. As a member of the research group "Regional Economics and Spatial Analysis", he also works on housing policy, public procurement and sustainability issues at the regional level.

Mariusz Sochacki is recognized as a prominent figure within the European construction industry, having founded the Polish Construction Research and Forecasting Institute (PCR&F-PAB), the inaugural private construction research institute in Poland. With an extensive career spanning 35 years in construction science and research, Sochacki has authored over 400 works. These include a diverse range of contributions, from expert opinions for legal proceedings to presentations at national and international conferences. His body of work also encompasses reports, analyses, and expert assessments conducted for both national entities such as the Polish Parliament and Senate, and international institutions like the World Bank and various branches of the European Commission.
