92nd EUROCONSTRUCT Conference - Terms of service

General information

The conference will be held both as on-site event and as webinar. 


On-site conference in Verona, Italy

Admission to all conference spaces and venues will be subject to compliance with the applicable anti-COVID regulations.


Online webinar via video-stream

(1) Access links to the streaming platform will be sent shortly prior the opening of the webinar to the e-mail address(es) provided in the contact form.
Please note: Up to five persons from the same company can particiapte without any further costs. Please add the additional participants on the registration form or send the contact info (first and last name, email address and phone number which are mandatory, in compliance with anti-COVID security measures) by email to euroconstruct2021@cresme.it.

 

Registration and payment options

Clients can register for the 92nd EUROCONSTRUCT conference and webinar on euroconstruct.org. After completing webinar registration, you will receive an automatic email that includes the payment information. The payment system offered is via bank transfer only. 

Your registration is accepted once we received the payment.
 

Cancellation policy

Customers who have purchased a subscription to the 92nd EUROCONSTRUCT-Conference may cancel their booking, on the condition that: 

  • They do so in writing to euroconstruct2021@cresme.it at least 30 days prior to the event and will get a refund of 50% of the conference fee.
  • The full conference fee will be charged for later cancellations.


If you are unable to participate on the conference day due to unforeseen circumstances, you are welcome to name a substitute. Please inform us in advance of any changes - at least one day ahead of the conference.

Information according to FAGG (Distance and Offshore Business Act)

As a consumer, you have the right to cancel and return your order for any reason and without a justification, within 14 days of receiving the purchase. To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us by means of a clear statement (for example by e-mail) of your decision to withdraw. For this purpose, please use the following contact details: euroconstruct2021@cresme.it In order to comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient that you send the notification of withdrawal before the expiry of the cancellation period. Consumers have the option of submitting complaints to the EU's online dispute resolution platform: ec.europa.eu/odr. You can also submit your complaint directly to us euroconstruct2021@cresme.it. The data collected will be deleted as soon as they have fulfilled the purpose of organising the event and documentation or fulfilment of the legal obligations to maintain the records.

Privacy and liability

CRESME will only collect the necessary data needed for hosting the event - see also CRESME's privacy policy. The organiser cannot take any liabilities in case of technical problems during the webinar stream.
